Unsure on what measurements you are required to take? We also have the option for one of our sales team to visit and take the required sizes.

On confirmation of you’re order; we will provide you with a 2D plan and 3D drawing of your proposed staircase, detailing all the relevant measurements and information. Please ensure these are correct (including sufficient headroom) before giving your approval.

Our online stairs are manufactured in 7-10 days, with both collection and local delivery available. If you require your staircase to be delivered further than our usual route, please contact our sales team on 01229 870378 or bcjltd@btconnect.com.

Right hand and left hand balustrading is viewed from the bottom riser looking up the staircase, if you are unsure please speak to our team.
